Stayed home to make some chips in the shop, so Christmas Dinner is warmend up Menudo and Tamalies. I admit it is an aquired tast but I didn't like Jack the first time I tried it.

Merry Christmas to all!!!

You know why Mexicans eat tamales on Christmas?

That way everyone has something to unwrap.:)

My Mexican Grandmother thought that joke was hilarious:D

We chowed on pork and cheese tamales and green hot sauce for the first half of the week and they were delicious. Christmas tamales are one of the things that I really look forward to.
