That prompts a question I've ofter wondered: any mention I've ever seen of formal gunsmithing courses that I can recall, always involved Trinidad. Is that the only school offering such training here in the U.S.? Or is it just the best known or most complete?

It's just one of several. I've taken classes and/or taught classes at Lassen College in Susanville, CA, Murray State Jr. College in Tishomingo, OK, and Montgomery Community College in Troy, NC. There are also schools in Lakewood, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, Roxboro, NC, Pine City, MN, Trinidad, CO and Prescott, AZ. Only a few are offering summer program classes in one or two week formats through the NRA.

Our High pressure Flush class went well. All the students got a chance to chamber a rifle. Speedy Gonzales, Keith Gibson, and Dave Noland (TSJC Instructors) all got to see the High Pressure flush system at work. The TSJC gunsmithing school now has a High Pressure system to use in future classes.
