Bottled 168 bottles of home made beer this morning.
I like to let them sit for eight weeks after bottling.
That can be difficult, but worth the wait.

I have a friend that brews his own beer.
Once he made some blueberry beer.
It was sooo yummy.
What kind of beer did you make??

I use the Coopers beer kits. One batch is Canadian Blond the other is Lager.
I've been making beer for a couple years now with very good results.

Very nice, I would really like to try that sometime, One of my old neighbors used to brew his own beer and it was really good stuff, Him and his wife would temp. "hire" me and an old girlfriend for capping and labeling and in exchange it was an all you could drink whilst doing it, we would cap and label till one of us got our hands caught in the "machinery" or till we started screwing up the label system (he had about 3 different brews going at all time...) then they would send us home:(

Hi Terry:

Nice to see you're bottling in glass. The PET bottles leak CO2 and are not great for long term storage. I made beer for about 10 years, over 100 batches of 60 bottles each. Where 6,000 beers went I will never know! Some of it was stored for 2 years with no ill effect.

You can make better beer than you can buy.
Rock on!
