Does anyone within this group have any experience with one of these machines. There is one for sale up here with all the accesories included. It is coming out of a Government research operation, so the mileage is on the lower side of wear scale. Not able to find out the actual age, but they do not run them to long. All the books come with and it is only 60 miles away to pick it up. Price is real good.

If it's a British Elliot chances are is actually another make, badge engineered. Elliot's and later Herbert's were renown for this.

He who hesitates is lost.

All accessories, little wear, complete documentation and a good price. What's to think about?

Phil:)

if it's low wear, buy it and PART IT OUT ;)

Seriously , sounds like it might be a goodie if you want one... BUT, how much tooling?

It wants centers and a work-head, do they come with? "all accessories" sounds like it, but........ depends on the definition of "all".
