    Belt Sander Radius adapter

Found in the stainless steel drawer while looking for something else.
A double end "bone spoon” that guess is used by surgeons.
    Cut the tool in half.

Milled out a pocket out of hunk of steel, bottom of pocket has big opening for crap to fall out but still have a stop for tool to only go in so far.

Welded this to back of belt sander platen.

Gave a quick try on edge of some aluminum and seemed to work good. Should be able to use small section of worked over pipe welded to some bar for making a different radius.

    Very clever.

Another trick to add to the toolbox

At the end of the project, there is a profound difference between spare parts and left over parts.
