I've just got a new Albrecht drill chuck #130 with J6 mount. It comes with no arbor and Albrecht does sell arbors.
Who makes the best arbors in your opinion with no or very minimal runout?

Jacobs for one. Alltho I've read the overall quality of their products as a whole has gone down hill. Personaly, I can't verify that.

I don't know if I can trust Jacobs anymore.
I have a new key type plain(not ball bearing) Jacobs Chuck. It won't hold a drill bit securely if you drill steel with anything bigger than 1/4" drill bit.
No matter how tight I clamp the drill bit. Going around the chuck tightening with the key in each of the three hole does not help much.
This chuck scored a lot of quality drill bits.

I bought a cheap arbor from Chronos and it had runout. A quick check with pencil lines down the taper showed it was incorrectly ground. I took it back and the replacement was as close to perfect as I could measure.

JTS ( jtsmach.com )sells a JT6-R8 arbor for $5.60 (part # SHK-R8-JT6). I have purchase several arbors from JTS that have all been good quality. Very low runout.
