    Congrats!

    She doesn't look too bad...some rust to be seen for sure, but overall not bad. Does everything move, or are the guts rusted up?

    I don't know much about L&S lathes...please tell me that is not the original color scheme....the red and yellow is ummm........interesting......

    Can't wait to see her turning chips again like she was designed to...

      Looks to be quite restore-able especially since most if not all of the parts are there. I sure hope someone is able to pick her up and bring it back to life.

          Looks good,before I paid $2,000 for it I would ask to see it run.Weight is over 2k,probably closer to 4k.

          Also you need to check what spindle nose it has.L&S had some proprietary spindle mounts that are hard to find now."Double nose" was the name they called it,but I think those went by in the 30's.

          L&S serial numbers-

          I just need one more tool,just one!
