hi all i need to make some dies for A tube Bender i will use my mill and rotary table to do the cuttings for the life of me i can't find a inch radius cutter can anyone point me in the right direction ? thanks guys

are you going to do this with the table vertical or horizontal...ie ball end mill or 1/2 round horizontal milling cutter. Sounds like a heck of a job if its a regular vertical mill.

If you have a vertical/horizontal RT, what about putting it in the vertical position and cut it using a fly cutter or boring head? It;ll take ahile, but so will any approach unless your got some 10,000 lb K&T mill or the like
