Well the old 1984 Ford F250 460 engined (7.5 Ltre) Radiator finally blew. Where do you find a replacement unit that is decent. This is the originall Radiator , I did some maintenance on it and replaced all the Hoses and flushed it clean. Then of course it leaked after. Now when looking for a decent copper brass model its hard to find one. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I dont want a Junkyard Model a new one would be best, Thanx Mike

Mike

I had a new radiator installed in my 96 f250 diesel two years ago. I was surprised it was a aluminum radiator and cost only $130.00.

It has worked great so far.

check the websites of the big chains in your area. if its on their site, they can get it to the local store pretty quick. if you do find one on a chain store site print that page and take it to the store. i saved $30 doing that. walk-in price-$179.99. web price-$149.99.

Madman,
If it were mine, I would find a quality auto parts store that handled
Modine radiator and buy a new one. I don't have any connection to them ,
but have used them on several different vehicles without any problems.

Any of your local parts stores should be able to order one.I had to replace one in a 1972 Dodge pu a few weeks ago.It took them 2 days to get it.

Most towns still have a radiator repair shop that can recore yours if the tanks are ok.It should have brass tanks and unless they are severely corroded can be re used.
