Interesting to see some of the old trades, pattern shop and foundry, and the machinery, a lot were still used by CP until the 90's, some still are, such as the 'Elephant Foot' and Planers are still used for switch points and frogs out west.
I think Angus shops closed up in the late 80's, early 90's ?

Fantastic! I just love steam locomotives. It is a real treat to see some of the steps in their manufacture. Thanks for the link.

What's an "Elephant Foot"? A forge?
