There is a manual online for a variety of American Tool Lathes via the US Army. It is at this link:

https://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/data/A/054740.pdf

If you can't link to it directly and need to go through the site, the data on the manual is as follows:

Pin# :054740
TM# :TM 9-3416-245-14&P
Title: OPERATORS, ORGANIZATIONAL, INCLUDING REPAIR PARTS LIST FOR ENGINE LATHE NO. 2516-20 (NSN 3416-00-242-8824)

Finally, if you have problems navigating to the manual, I saved it to my hard-drive and I'll e-mail it to you.
