Hi guys:
I've got to make some holes in one of those crappy 18 ga. 2 piece gray painted aluminum project boxes.
I'm aware of the gummy aluminum issue and am not asking about that. If they want more of these I'll press for the diecast boxes.
I'm looking for ideas on how to remove paint from the box face that will look nice.
I have to surround a 5/16 hole and a 1/4" hole with a bare aluminum ring.
I've rejected wire brushing.
I'm considering running an end mill backwards and gently feeding it in.
Any ideas?
