Gentlemen,

I have a number of countersinks in need of sharpening. All are HSS and vary from no flute to six flute styles, diameters from about 5/16 to 1 inch.

Does anyone know where I could send them to be resharpened? I live in New Joisey, so somewhere close (may) save me on postage.

Thank you for your help.

I can't help with an address, but a zero flute counter sink can be sharpened with a dremel by sharpening up the edges of the hole (that is, grinding the inside of the hole).

Zero flute countersinks require a different jig/grind method to maintain the clearance. Problem with getting anything sharpened is that you (probably) have one or two pieces each, in a variety of sizes. Lots of measuring and setup work for the grinder hand.

You don't list a city in your profile. Try:
