I am trying to put a TT 1230E back together. I saved it from going to scrap. It is in good shape except I think at least two gears are missing. The gear on the spindle shaft and the gear on the aux shaft. I could run it now I just would have to do everything by hand feed and I could not cut threads.
What I need is a picture of the gear box. Remove the top and take a picture from the back facing down. It would be nice to know the demintions of the gears I am missing as well. I don't know if a manual would have what I need, but I found one place to buy a manual for a 1200 for 65.00 I do not know if it would be the righht one or not. Any help would be appreciated.

How is your spanish?

It looks like DEB'MAQ in Brazil acts as the marketing and parts representative
for Nardini manufacturer Industrias Nardini S.A.

How a Brazilian lathebuilder turned over marketing to a separate entity.

DEB'MAQ has an English language site, (http://www.debmaq.com.br/en/produtos/produtos_en.asp) but it has virtually no functionality.

Their Spanish site (http://www.debmaq.com.br/produtos/metalmec.asp) is fully-featured and includes a section for Nardini.

There was announcement years ago about an alliance (http://manufacturingnewsweb.com/archives/general_editorials/may04/rem_dixie.htm) between importer
Rem Sales and distributor Dixie Machine. Some time after that, Rem ceased
promoting Nardini, but Dixie reportedly still has/had Nardini machines as of
'08 according to a post by Milacron on PM.

As a supplemental, I notice that long time Canadian machine tool and parts
distributor HH Roberts has an announcement to the effect that they have
just begun to represent Nardini. Look midway down the page on the following
link.

HH Roberts (http://www.hhrobertsmachinery.com/Support/parts_in_stock/parts_in_stock.html)

Parts in Stock

"BREAKING NEWS (sound like CNN doesn't it) Sept 30/11
We have just been authorized to order parts from Nardini direct in Brazil.
REM Sales are no longer supporting these machines. It will take us a while to
get this organized but we are starting. Some parts are in our stock and we
can get others on demand"

HH Roberts has an extensive collection of manuals and parts lists (http://www.hhrobertsmachinery.com/Support/Manual_machine_Parts_Lists/manual_machine_parts_lists.html) available
for download. However, there is nothing for Nardini at this time.
