Thanks for the interesting pics. Looks like a ton of work was done purely for the enjoyment of it - the best reason. I somehow doubt that lil lady on the "Gunbus" can hold it up at a stoplight though.

Nice, love old motorcycles, and custom motorcycles, and home built ones are the best. They may not be mechanically the best but I love to see the work and creativity put into them.

Interesting engine from chasing links there:

Far more interesting and mechanically sound than the engine linked a bit back

Why don't we get TV programs about stuff like this being built, instead of people building ugly, unrideable bikes against unnecessary deadlines and fighting each other while they do it?

Not a V twin but still an interesting 'just for the fun of it' 4 cylinder special made by a Dave Crouch of Christchurch NZ in 1979 and on display in Hayes Hardware (of Burt Monroe fame) in Invercargill NZ, along with all sorts of other interesting bikes.

AJS frame, Suzuki forks, trumpy tank and gearbox, Austin 7 4 cyl car engine.

Take a bit of time to see it all.

Not a problem. Thank you.
