I'm in need of a source for a 4" or 6" dia faceplate with a 1/2" setscrew bore to mount a plywood disc on a smooth shaft motor. I had/have one and can't find it and don't remember where it came from. Should be pretty common but I'm striking out. Help!!!!

Try looking at a parts list for a combo belt/disc sander. Find the disc, order the part.

Look for a Shopsmith or copy only they use a 5/8" bore. I like the motors because they're 11/2HP & have vari-speed like a Bridgeport with a speed range from 900-5400 RPM. Also they have 3 shaft outlets on the head & are dirt cheap. I bought 2 recently 1 for $65 the other for $80 with all the options.
