I have 3 McMaster-Carr catalogs (#112, #117, & a brand new #118) FREE to the first 3 PM's I receive.

I'll even pay shipping inside continental U.S. if you'll say nice things about me. :D

Based on the total absense of good words, you didn't have to pay for shipping. :p

I chose to not ask for shipping costs because if I am not expecting repayment, I cannot be disappointed and there will be no hurt feelings. If an individual chooses to repay me, then I see it as an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

I approached it with the same philosophy I use when loaning money to a friend.

I don't.

If a friend is in need, I'll give him the money with no strings attached. Sometimes I'll get repaid, others not. No bad feelings.

I've lost too many "friends" by loaning them money. Some family, too. :(

A truer friend indeed is a friend in need, until there comes time for repayment. Thanks again.
