Forum changes: please take a look at Search from an iPhone

Dunno what changed, but with the recent forum changes clicking on Search from an iPhone has become unusable. Used to be it would kick me back to the front page after the first letter and then allow me to type, but now it makes me zoom out and click search for each letter. Total PITA. Fwiw I'm using the default iPhone browser, no forum app.

I was going to mention that the new posts button no longer works on my iphone

The new post button is working for me, but I do see the search issue on my iPhone.
