Software license problem

Have been using Mach 3 and Kad-Kas for Converting dxf to G code.Both are licensed but I want to change computers.On looking for other options for dxf conversion I accidental downloaded what I thought was freeware which was really a "come on" for the same Kad-Kas I was licensed for (Dxf 2 g code}.Now my old paid for version is corrupted and says my trial period is over and won't work anymore.I get no useful response from SWREG from whom I purchased the origional Kad-Kas convertor (DXF2Gcode).Maybe another convertor?.Any ideas?

is authentication based on a serial number?

if it is you can probably find it in the registery and re enter it in the software
