Well my centuries old rotary table finally took a dump!It only cost me $15.00 13 years ago so it is well paid for.

Okay I'm considering replacements,Vertex and Bison are at the top of the list with Vertex currently in the lead,my question(s)are having never owned a Vertex table only using others just how good are they? And I'm also leaning toward a tilting model or possibly even a super spacer,I'm thinking a tilting table with a chuck would be freakin neat, but having never used, felt or fondled one just how stable are they?

Darin the Bison is top drawer material, vertex is so-so in comparison. The Bison is also a lower profile (and more of a super spacer).

I just got one of these and have finished cleaning it up, deburring and lubing it. Haven`t used it as yet but it seems to be an acceptable piece for the price I paid. My 8" Vertex RT is about the same quality. http://www.houseoftools.com/product.htm?pid=169903
