I'm tempted to do business with them on eBay and just wonder how they are with service, etc.

They are located about 15 minutes from my house. I went there the other day to talk to them about getting one of those big "T" tanks for my TIG welder and about getting oxygen for my torch. Haven't bought anything yet since I don't have the welding shop setup yet, but they were extremely helpful and friendly. They struck me as very knowledgeable, as well. All the guys in Bloomington that I've talked to recommend them.

My info is old. I used to to business with the Indianapolis branch 25+ years ago. They always treated me well.

My experience has been very good. I call them direct instead of going through Ebay. Pricing has been the same for the welder and other items.( at least the ones I purchased )

I bought a medium size Argon tank and saved $100 after paying shipping rather than local shop. Also bought some Tig cooler antifreeze from them. No problems.

I have dealt with them several times through E-Bay, including a Miller Dynasty 200DX TIG unit and a Victor torch set.

I would highly recommend them based on my personal experiences......

Thank you all!
Quite encouraging.

Got my eye on a Diversion 180 as soon as I clear a spot for it.

I've bought three machines from them on fleabay...a mig, a tig, and a plasma cutter. Shipping was free and I had delivery in 3 days or so on all three. I've also bought a helmet and consumables from them. They have always come through in fine style.

Same here...no complaints.

Trying to get warranty service from the LWS may be an issue someday, but I couldn't pass up the price differential.

I just placed a first order with Indiana Oxygen, and although there was a minor problem when I received the goods, they responded immediately and we were quickly able to get the problem sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.

Greg, the rep with whom I spoke, was extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. Despite the glitch, I would give Indiana Oxygen very high marks for customer service (an extremely rare thing these days), and I will definitely order from them again.
