      Sheesh, I see the post, go to the site, and they turn on the water spray as the pic comes live....... that's timing.

      What's the gizmo that wiggles every so often as seen on the vehicle cam?

              That's what I thought, but the "nozzle" had no obvious effluent visible....at any time. Might not prove much, depending. Some things might NOT be visible. Location close to upper stage engine seemed peculiar, but....

                Just got back from some trail-breaking along the river, great day to be out- then I log in here and find spacex at t-60 seconds. Nice launch! Off to a turkey dinner now.

                    Helium cold gas thrusters used for Roll control,look at the Kestrel engine header-
