Try Joe at Plaza Machinery in or near Bethel Vermont. He posts a detailed list of stuff on the web.

I've got the improved single tumbler from a 1950 10L. Greasy, but the gears look good. I was not planning to sell it, but its just sitting here, so I probably should. Send me a PM.

Lost Creek Machine (http://www.lostcreekmachine.com/south_bend_lathe_parts.htm) of Illinois has some South Bend parts on
this dedicated page, as well as elsewhere on a general page.

No single tumbler for a 10L, but there is a twin tumbler for a
Heavy 10 currently. Would not hurt to contact the vendor.
