I have a bunch of material. Angle, square tube, round tube. Odds and ends of solids and flat stuff. If any of our posters lives near me they can stop by and pick it up. If not it goes to the scrappers.

He lives in Illinois

North, middle, or South end of the state? Saying "in Illinois" isn't quite the same as saying "in Rhode island" ;)

Heh, heh heh.

Been there done that except that I by-passed anything and anyone between my shop and the scrap collections.

There has not been a chance of it happening here since.

I'm in the Fox Valley area. Batavia. Just North of Aurora, Illinois.

lol ... thats all I knew J ... I played Sherloch and read some of his posts .. and in one of them .. he
said .. " Here is Illinois blah blah ... " so I was just narrowing it down ... just a hair .. grin

I can not figure out why some people hesitate to post their location .. even .. as you say .. it
would be nice to say .. central blah .. type thing.

After storing it for years, I gave away several thousand feet of 1 and 1 pipe some black and some galvanized. A few weeks later I paid a ridiculous price buying back some of the same thing. Same situation with a bunch of 1 angle iron. Now I may still rid myself of excess stock but will be careful to rat hole some for new projects.

The guy that I gave the pipe to builds hog traps. That benefits everyone.
Hogs are becoming a serious problem around here.

dkaustin came buy and picked up everything. Thank you dennis. I will be able to neaten the mess and get at least one car in the garage this winter. Use it in good health.
