Actually I think they are out of stock and to keep the add active and not have to relist, they simply alter the price until new stock arrives. Seen this quite often on eBay.

many do it RDG tools (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RDGTOOLS-9-16-x-20tpi-DIE-CLASSIC-CAR-BIKE-20-tpi-/290417602339?pt=UK_Home_Garden_PowerTools_SM&hash=item439e3cef23) in the UK use it a lot , I wonder if it breaches Fleabay policy?

Just buy one of these and pay $1,000 or so to have it shipped. You'll save More than $2,000 US that way.

Heh. If you click on "19 sold" it shows you the price history of 1/100 that. Someone just fat fingered the price.
