My current hare-brained project requires about 50 cardboard boxes, preferably with lids, that would be something like 4"x4"x8". They're basically parts bins for electronics components.

Anyone know where I can source these? Google has let to plenty of "shipping box" sites, but nothing quite like that I want.

The secondary question is, anyone ever make a "cardboard break"?

I've bought these at McMaster-Carr:

Ah good one. These look like they'll fit the bill:

I get all my boxes from Uline. Fast shipping, good prices and huge selection.

I cut mine out on the laser to the exact size I want.

Slowly making up little boxes that fit the parts drawers exactly for all the small screws, sounds a bit anal but never been so organised and most are the same size anyway.
