Do you have a picture or simple sketch of what you want?

you've got to give us more to go on than you need rolls dials wheels....graduated dials are whats on the lathe or mill, di-acro makes sheet metal equipment (afaik) so the ball is not dropping. how about a link to the $138 one?

Tinkertoy -

Are you talking about forming rolls for a DiAcro bender? If so, I think I recall someone here making some like that - might be worth a search.
If you are talking about making graduated dials then there are quite a few references that might be helpful. However making dials like these can be quite a bit of work so you may need to decide how much you value your time.

I can make 1-1/2" dials for less than $138. If it must include a roll or have other features that might be different. I advertise in HSM, though I don't think the current ad photo shows a dial. In any case, I can do custom work at tallgrass tools.com. Hope that's not too commercial, George.

You simply must be more specific! Are they graduated in degrees as a lathe dial, or graduated in sizes? Can't help without more info. Bob.

WM Berg sells all kinds of dials, e.g. http://www.wmberg.com/catalog/catpage.aspx?url=pdf/B05D032.pdf
I have no idea of prices, however.

I'm guessing he's talking about the sheet micro adjuster on the Di-Acro benders.

The only dials at tallgrasstools.com are 1.5 inch replacements for Atlas cross slides and compounds. It would appear that, having found what he needed elsewhere, he has no further use for us.

Re-read Jan's (Tallgrasstools) post. He does custom dials, and based on Tinkertoy's response, it looks like for considerably cheaper than Di-Acro :)
