I have a half dozen substantial aluminum screen doors. Before I cut them up to sell for scrap, any you guys making anything from this material other than melting them for making castings. I can do a decent fab using TIG but have not found anything to make from this stuff. Any ideas?
Thanks
Jim

Only thing I can think of is cut down doors for what we call in OZ as windup caravans.

Otherwise melt down or the scrappy.

My pit bull Bob has learned how to open the flimsy cheap screen doors (3) that we have installed around our pool enclosure. The installer did not want to take them away. Chopped them up with the skil saw and to the junk yard they went. Don't even remember what I got for them. Frank
