MY wife and I goth like to go around the house barefoot, although that's obviously not acceptable in the shop. I only recently got my shop up and running and started making meaningful quantities of chips and we've both suddenly realized that there's a bit of an issue. The shop is in the far corner of our garage but is completely contained.....except for the chips I track out to the wife's laundry area and then into the kitchen.
Is one of those scruffy woven mats at the shop exit enough? Do you wear one set of shoes in the shop, change for the trip through the laundry area and then once again to a totally clean pair before entering the house?
I know I'm not the first one to face this issue. What do you folks do?
