Just picked this up locally. A mere 40 (60US) is a good price for one in the UK

I say valve grinder. Black and Decker I have seen many times before.

An old valve grinder with a cosmetic paint job. How many valves are ground today?

It'd be a drill sharpener soon after I got my hands on it :D

Don't need to. It'll be sitting next to a Dormer 108 drill grinder...:)

And there are 3 engine's worth of valves that need modifying so it'll be kept in work

Damn handy machine tools. had one for many years back in my m/c shop days. Used it all the time. Make some holders, home-made collets etc, and they are a surprisingly useful tool, not just for valves. Regret selling mine, for a pittance back in 2003.

No connection with this ad/seller, whatsoever. If someone cuts a deal with the CL seller, I MIGHT be available to go collect, crate and ship. YMMV
