HELP!!
I'm in need of a steady supply of 6.5" OD, Round Aluminum Tubing with 1/2", 3/8", and/or 1/4" wall thicknesses.
I've scoured the internet, and called local suppliers, but nobody can find ANYTHING with a 6-1/2" OD.
Right now I'm forced to buy 7" OD with a 3/4" wall, for a pretty penny.
Any good leads Gentlemen?

This isn't exactly what you want, but it is likely to be more available:

scroll down to 6" nominal

don't know how long you need it, but the price is right

I have had really good luck with ebay for stuff like this, I got some 12" OD about a year ago. Also if you check out the seller and it looks like they have a lot of stuff like it contact them and ask, I have had good results with that too.

I am not a resident but ABOM79 mentioned a company in Texas who can supply quite a diverse range of metal sections , I think ally was one .

Like Paul's reply. Look for pipe instead of tube. It might open up some suppliers. JR
