New throttle bodies for my car

Some of you may recall on my '32 Ford hot rod, I have an 8 stack fuel injection system. Meaning I have an individual throttle body per cylinder. Well, I used a TWM throttle body in originally, but always wanted to make my own, so this winter, I started on that path.
The following pictures describe the process. The setup was designed in ProE.
I hope you enjoy. I'll answer any questions you may have.
Starting with raw parts, fixtures and finished comonents.
    Thanks, Sid

    Made 17 raw bodies.

A lot of other work went into these, but I didn't photo everything. Spring was coming and I had to get going!

As always, stunning work! The fourth picture;what am I looking at? Appears to be a boring bar with spring?

Yes- A boring bar. I had a little chatter in the bore, so an old trick, wrap the shaft in soldering lead. The lead dampens the vibration of the bar, resulting in a
                      smooth bore.

Oh, yea. Here is a picture of the jaw I made to hold the bodies for various setups.

The mill is a prototrak k3. I program at the machine or use cambam if I need to.
