I was wandering if it was going to take out a car or two.

Yah.. faked, of course..... various things bypassed

1) Any reasonable front loader senses an imbalance and will not run. It will try to re-distribute the load by slowing and 'randomizing by alternate CW and CCW rotation

2) AFAIK none will run with the door open.... that's liability 101 for design engineers.

Of course they bypassed everything, Im sure the control board was smashed to bits within the first 30 seconds. I am amazed it didn't rip the power cord off itself.

Is that what they call a parts tumbler?

Seems a bit violent.

It's what I do...

Do you want to spoil my FUN? :D

I was rooting for it to have the cameraman on the run...... It started coming at them.

It is amazing the cheap construction used in washers and driers. The "new dries" of today are still the same as 20 years ago just with a different face.

This guy, Aussie50: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCahPXX_NxKaf2i67aYMaahA
has self destructed a number of front load washers.

Here's one of his vids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dq6T5BojXc8

Washer AND router! I was surprised it lasted that long. With a handful of shot it would be a fine shot peening tool. Or shrapnel flinger! Now I know I must remove all the metal shavings from my clothes BEFORE washing.
