I've been havging around here on and off for a while but didn't twigg on to the NFLD connection.

Just to check, are you Eddie of Whalen's motor works in Carbonear? Shop sort of across from the mall?

If it is, do you remember the 16x 8' SB lathe you bought on Torbay Rd in St. Johns about 12 years ago.

I used to live in Otter Cove, and sold the lathe for a friend.

I now live in Sudbury Ontario

That was my first lathe.Later sold it and got another etc.WOW!!
I still have your phone number for you old place in Torbay.Do you still work on air planes?It's a small world!

Gee, I didn't realize that it was such a long time ago!

Things have changed a lot for me. I moved to Ontario in 97, it was either move or starve.

I am still in the aircraft business, now working for the federal Govt.

I can even afford to buy a few machines and have some fun now. Check out my webpage, and see some of the "stuff" I get up to.
