Today there was a colision between a tank truck and a train, yes people got killed and hurt as would be expected, but less than an hour later one of the local ambulance chasers already had a TV ad looking for victims.

Real sleaze's.
I remember a few years ago, one of the American chemical company's had an issue in India.
Lawyers flock to India, the Government promptly rounds them all up and ships them home.
(I don;t believe this was to protect the company either, just making sure the settlemt(s) went to the aggrieved parties)

I heard they were going to start using lawyers for lab experiments instead of rats. Lawyers are more plentiful, the lab techs don't get attached to them like they do with the rats, and they found there are some things even the rats won't do!

Our state attorney general was one of those who started the tobacco suits, his personal law firm knocked down $1.2billon,yep thats right billion with a "B",the rest of the money was supposed to go into the state medicade fund, only it disappeared, now the new governer is having trouble straightening out the mess the former left, add to that the usual mediscare you see around election time and its a free for all.

One day the doors of heaven broke and some saints fell into hell,St.Peter said to Satan"you better give those saints back or we'll sue" Satan scoffed back"your going to sue me?where are you going to find a lawyer?" http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Y'know why lawyers wear neckties?

To keep their foreskins from creaping up their neck.

Weird, Get about 4 or 5 of your friends and work out some ficticious names then ring up and sent them to 4 or 5 hospitals as far away from each other as possible.
It will only work once, try it again and they will ring round but greed will make them run first time.
You could always throw in a couple of not seriously hurt 'victims' who are at home in a low rent part of town.
See if they have any wheels left on their cars when they come out http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

A friend of mine, his son is now 21.. He never went to a attorney to stop child support, so guess what?

HE owes 3 more years.. Pretty crappy system. More ways to RAPE the poor working class.

My son has quit school, went to work, left the state on his own accord to live with a woman.

I keep getting advised to do just that. I am told he is emancipated. All the checks have been cashed. I started putting two signatures required on them. His and hers..

David (I hate lawyers)

John,I regularly super glue a quarter to the sidewalk outside the door of my favorite lawyers office, its comical watching him pry and pry http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif Plus the more time he wastes at that, the less he has to "help" others http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Ya,Dave,we got that dead beat dad crap here too, even though half of the offenders are women.

Buddy at work didn't pay his, cause his ex was boozing it up and not taking care of his little girl, sheriff comes and arrests him,he sits in jail for 7 months all the while the taxpayers are picking up the tab, really stupid system, the guy is now out of a job, plus he is on the public tit and still the duaghter goes without, what a f-----up system. He did finally get custody of his daughter cause the skank wife he was married to got busted for DUI five times in two months, judge did finally set things right and all is back to normal for him and his little girl.
There is hope, since the state has wound up spending five times more than it would cost to just add the kids to SS they maybe fixing to finally s---can the system.

From the book(not the movie) "The Godfather":

"A lawyer with a briefcase can steal more money than a hundred men with guns".
Advice from Don Coreleone to Tom Hagen, before he became a lawyer.

Did you know a lawyer can swim in the ocean and never worry about being eaten by a shark ! ........ Its's called professional courtesy !.

What do you call 10,000 lawers at the bottom of the ocean ?.....A good start!
