Templale gauge?

I would have loved to have one when I tiled 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and front entryway in our old pie shaped condo. Not a 90* corner in the place it seemed, and that thing would have paid for itself very quickly. Unfortunately I discovered it a couple years after we moved. Very smart and simple idea, and I hope the person who "invented it" makes a bunch of $$

I ordered two of them. Our house is nearly 300 years old and redoing the ceramic tile in the bathrooms is quite a chore. Even though we remodeled the inside completely the walls are not square to one an other. This thing would save a bunch of time I think. It would be quite easy to make one but I wanted the scales on the members so I ordered them. I will let you know about the quality of the product.Location: The Black Forest in Germany

Wouldn't a bevel gauge do the same?Location: The Black Forest in Germany

Bevel gauge is great for finding the angle. This 4 sided gauge finds the angle, AND the relationship to the other known edges. This detail is where it shines.

That four sided one could mark out the whole tile and would be a real time saver. A bevel gauge and three additional measurements would be needed to mark a tile out in the same way that this tool does all in one go and with a lot less source for misunderstanding and error.Chilliwack BC, Canada

I use a trend mitre set to set mitre angles, you set the saw to the metal fin in the middle which is geared to bisect the angle of the mitre, works and I don't need glasses to se a scale, there isn't one
