    Just completed this build.

          Yes, the black is anodized. The other brass parts where glass beaded and fine Scotch bright.

              Very sweet looking engine done with a great eye for the details.

              It's just begging for a nice carved wood prop on the output shaft! If not a full prop for running then at least a stubby cut down "display" prop that would look in scale with the engine.

              Any chance of one more picture showing the master rod setup?

                It will run on 3-5 psi.
