Hello, I need some help figuring out what is the point of this wiring on a milling machine. Im not an electricist but i know how to wire a 3 phase electric motor so i would like to get ride of all this in the photo below and just make a new wiring from the motor through a switch and in a 380V socket. The problem is im not enough electricist to know if all this in the photo is needed for some reason or not. I need to power a 1.7 KW 3 phase main motor and a 0.1 KW 3 phase motor for coolant.

Ok, what you have is...

Top left, control transformer giving lower voltage for the switches and contactors, isolated from mains power - a Good Thing.
Bottom left, individual fuses for the 3 phases to the spindle and coolant motors (another Good Thing)
Top right the motor contactor (big one) and coolant contactor (small one).

To get it all working you'd need a few pushbutton switches - 2 normally-open for spindle and coolant start, 2 normalky-closed for stop. That should give you nice safe no-volt-release so it won't come straight on after power outages etc.
