Is there a company out there handling parts/manuals for Sheldon lathes? I have a model CM Sheldon Hand Chucking Machine. I am looking for multiple barrel stops for both longitudinal and cross slide movement. Any help including pictures, drawings, or possible new and used sources for these parts will be appreciated. The last time I ordered stuff for my 13" Sheldon the parts were available from:
The National Acme Company: (800) 553-2263
http://www.acme-gridley.com/
I notice on their Web Site that they no longer advertise Sheldon but you might call them anyway. Another site to check for parts is:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sheldonlathe/
Good luck,
