I have seen worse,last was a surface grinder that looked as if they sucked the paint up in a straw and spit it onto the machine http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

They DIDN'T paint the rusty vertical ways. Or some of the handles.

They DID paint the toolholder and tool.

That vice is worth about what the machine is going for as I write this. (you can get that for it).
