You live in a beautiful area Evan and the snow looks great during Christmas time, I don’t miss it though.

Lets me understand a bit more about you, and thank you for that.

My daugters each give me a big old stogie for Christmas each year, and yes, I must smoke them outside as well. Partagas and Sancha Panza this year. The Partagas was exceptional, the Sancha tomorrow.

Ah but for a Cuban cigar.......

My barn is very sad as well. I hope to post a few pics of the homestead sometime soon, but yours is truly fine.

        Once again, Thanks.

My place is still trashed. I got the house wrap on the new part. One window in, several headers up for more. Harley right in the middle of it with the front wheel off'n it.

Since Carrol and I got married we can refinance our home and get out $20 a month cheaper plus 8K in cashola to complete it. That adds a few years to our mortgage thou. We have paid 3 now. Don't seem that long. Borrowed money takes a while to whittle down.

          Cheers.. stay warm..

          David

That's a beautiful place Evan. Wish we had a few evergreens around here. Hummmmm... I guess we do but cactus doesn't count.

Made history today in South Texas! Snow in Corpus Christi, Texas! First EVER white Christmas from Houston to the lower Rio Grand!

Merry Christmas to you and your family. Hope Santa was good to you and yours.

Excuse me while I go put on a sweater....

I grew up where the weather was like that a good portion of the winter. It's taken me years to warm up. Don't miss the snow and cold a bit....

Beautiful place Evan. Snow sure looks nice. Wish we had some in this desert. If it can snow in southern Texas it should snow here. Also wish I had a big cigar!

Thanx for the tour Evan. Beautiful surroundings.

It's interesting how opinions vary about snow. I still love it like I did as a kid. In fact it makes me feel like a kid (almost).
I even enjoyed shoveling the stuff. Tho I guess my view of that might change if I lived downwind of the Great Lakes.

We are on 12.5 acreas can only see one neighbours roof from the house. Can't see the main road out front only easy way on to the property is via the driveway. Sure like it except for today. Add another 4 inches of snow to those pictures. Wet snow. Evan spent fair bit of time out ploughing today. Now he is finally down in the machine shop if nothing else he is making noise and keeping the fire stocked. Hope all had a good Christmas. Take Care Janet

Wow sure is pretty to look at from my computer. I was born and raised in the Arizona desert though, my blood is thin and I would freeze my balls off there. It would be fun to visit that area though, I bet there is some great fishing and hunting there.
