I just found that it is NOT a mill. But, rather it is an engaving macdhine.
LOL.
Will keep searching.
Found a local Deckel duplicating mill.
Looked at several sites and did not see much about them.
Does anyone still have one?
What are your thoughts about it for a first larger mill?

I understand than using an English Wheel is one way of
getting a panel straight.
Another is proper use use of a correctly shaped dolly
and hammer.
