Default I need the info for thread measuring wires

I obtained a set of Fisher Machine company thread measuring wires, used, from ebay. They are missing the little card that shows the measurements.

Is it possible that someone has the card and could scan it and post it here? Or does someone know where it might already be on the internet?

Or maybe just tell me the mathematical formula? I did have some information in a machinist handbook. I think the American Machinist's Handbook. But it was talking about an optimum wire for each pitch of thread, and that isn't how these work.
