    What price range is a decent Clausing 8520 mill going for now days?

    $1500 - $1750 moderatly tooled.

    Condition and location can really affect price as well.

    In the past year or so I've seen several decent-looking ones sell for well under $1000. $1200 - $1500 range is much more common, though. $1700s, tops.

    eBay prices.

    A couple of years ago, I had to pass one by that was being offered at $1200.00 in order to pay property taxes! Same week that Lost Creek was advertising same model for $1800.00. I'm still crying!

    Hi

    I just sold an 8520 about year ago for $1400. These mills disapear fast around here so the market is good for sellers. I bet the one at Lostcreek went quickly, had I know his price I would have uped mine at least $100 or $200. I left at least that much on the table as the buyer looked at, turned it on, and handed me cash, no other discussion.

    Of course to make it all OK I did get a 8530 in mint for $1000. Go figure prices and how they are set.

    Good luck they are nice machines for there intended use.
