    Talking Farm Auction

    Sat. April 30th I went to an Estate auction at a local farm. Lots of wood working machinery and metal working misc. tooling. Most every thing went for too much money, but I got an Atlas 7B shaper on a humongus CI stand that weighs around 400 lbs for $165. The shaper is complete with all guards and vise, and looks to be in very good shape. Only a little rust on the table,and a small crack near the mounting ear of the oil pan. Even the (Atlas) motor seems to be original. The serno is 8680 any idea of the manufacture year anybody?
