This Forum Just Got Better
I just noticed a post by a man I'm familiar with from other boards, Forrest Addy. Forrest is an extremely experienced machinist (and general "wrench"), and is kind enough to share his knowledge with us "shadetree" types. It always seems like whatever problem you run into, Forrest has also been there and figured out the best solution. Several times he's bailed me out of corners I seem to "paint myself into." We're very fortunate to have him hanging out with us.

Dave,
I noticed that also. I love reading his posts, entertaining as well as imformative.
Some of best are when he explains such things as seating a part in a vice onto parrellels, always use an odd number of taps, it's a Zen thing he says. I like these little tips he dribbles out.
So Forrest, if you read this, keep dribbling out those bits of information. Also when are you going to write a book? Oh, and be careful with giving out Chile recipes.
