I don't get the interest in this thing other than the name and small size. It seems not very capable and the staging and rotary table are a joke. Am I missing something?

First off, it doesn't appear to be a jig borer.
The lever operated feeds on several axes tell me it's meant for production work, obviously on small pieces.
Even the rotary table (for lack of a better name) appears to be lever actuated.
My guess it's best suited for putting circular slots in workpieces as equipped with the rotary axis.
Is the last bidder's name a clue, he's a clock guy?
Actually, other than having a vertically oriented spindle it's similar to the small Barker mills with lever feeds.

At first glance I thought it was a Barker offshoot,I have a Barker, and like it for certain things, but it is a waste of space.
