he does have whole lot of goodies with it, at least he sells it as a lot and not every little peice separately.
you know, some of them guys who sells the chucks ,compound and tail stock separately. lol
Note the serial number on that machine (#29)!
The price is defintely high for a lathe that is going to be take home and put to work, but for a collector looking for a very early example on an original cabinet it might not be too bad of a price.
'cept he wants 4 times what he could sell all that junk separately for. For even 1/2 of what he's asking everything should be PRISTENE....<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">at least he sells it as a lot and not every little peice separately.</font>
Maybe $600 if you got a buzz on and a boner for it...
check out all the other stuff he has for sale on Ebay.
The only item that looks to be a pretty good deal is the Wohlhaupter boring head. If it's new as stated, then the price is pretty good. If it had the Deckel MT4 shank I would be all over it.
