back gear

[doug47gpx]

i have a bdb-1340a jet lathe. i can't get the spindle to rotate. it will go into back gear, but the spindle won't rotate. can anybody help?

Pull the Pin on the headstock pulley...

You need to do this without the back gear engaged, pull and turn on my lathe anyway.
