I've put my time in on the shop floor and know what kind of banter can go on. Most of the chiding is light-hearted and breaks up a boring (pardon the pun) afternoon. When things get vicious, I'll delete them. We do not need that kind of interaction.

As much as I'd like to actively participate in board discussions, I have a lot of other things that are more pressing so I post when I can.

And... when posts go vulgar, they'll go in the dumper.
